Hello! New to this site.

Hello Designers,

I am a "new designer to this site "from Illinois. I have been freelance desiging for about 8 years now. But since I got laid off from my job I am trying to make my passion of designing into something more then a hobby. I am a self taught designer no degrees or anything but I consider my self a good designer that can compete with some of the better ones out there.

This site looks like a good site to help me make a name for my self. And let me choose something that I am more comfortable to do.... until I am able to take on some more elaborate projects. I am really excited to work with you all and can't wait to start submiting designs.
