Yes, because it is "funny" that after one day work, drawing everything from 0 the Contest Holder, simply eliminates the entries without any type of explanation or guidelines and after updates the brief starting finally to say what he/she does not want.
Contest Holders, should always try to explain from the start how wants and does not wants the logo to looks like.
So, at least when they make the "miracle" to explain what they want in the brief, all the designers, that are working for them, should receive promptly a notification.

Sometimes the contest holder doesn't realize what they want and what they don't want to untill after the contest has started. But I do think that when they figure out what they want then they should have to make a update in the breif and I think we should get a email notification also.

But how to upload winning design?

But can't see any 'Submit The Winning Design'
Also guide me the time limit for submitting the winning entry.
