Types of Adobe Flash buttons

1.Button symbol
People usually choose button symbols because of their flexibility. They have internal timeline specialized for button states. They also automatically change their state based on user actions.
2.Movie clip button
movie clip symbols are used to create classy effects. It has almost all types of content, like animation etc... movie clip symbols however don’t have any Up, Down, and Over states built-in. You’d have to create the states manually with ActionScript. They are also larger than symbol button files.
3.ActionScript button component
The ActionScript button components make use of a button component if only a standard button or a toggle are required. There are 2 options ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 button components and they both have come built-in code enabling state changes.
