There is a utility available in that can simulate the loading and downloading times of a file. When fine tuning your program fir the publication, this download and upload simulation can be extremely helpful.
To open this utility:
1.Go to "Control" and choose the option "Test Movie". This will make the movie start playing in your window and will make the file's data stream display in the graph in the above window
2.From the View Menu, choose a download speed, then click on "Simulate Download."
