To save an Adobe Flash video
1. Open your Adobe Media Encoder. Go to "File" -> "Add." Click the drop down menu option "Files of type". Find a format that could be exported by your digital video editor and note it. Close the Open dialog box.
2. Open your video file you want in your digital video editor. Now export the video to any format supported by your Media Encoder. If you are using Windows Movie Maker, go to "File" -> "Save Movie File." from iMovie, go to "Share" -> "Export using QuickTime" or "Export Movie"
3.Save your video file to the largest and highest quality available.
4.Go back your Media Encoder. Go to "File" -> "Add." Navigate to your video and open it.
5.Click on"Format" from the Forman column
6.From the Preset column click the "Preset" option and choose an FLV or F4V. For HD movies, choose F4V 1080p or 720p presets.
7. From the drop down column, click the "Output File" option in and navigate to where you saved your Flash FLA file and click "Save."
8.Click "Start Queue" button to convert the file.

Not always you can save the project as following, because, the Encoder can called the problem with procesor and computer memory, or problem with file format, I am haved this problem, or not have a codecs of video file.

I have a program Format Factory Converter in which you can convert the file format as you want-FLV; AVI ... with no problems, more fast as Encoder. The Encoder is good, if you are created the video in Premiere, and After Effect, but this is too not good, because You must have a big partition place for any creations of videos, and remains a copy of everything that is done in adobe projects-encoder as Temp files which consumes the C drive is plenty of space, and it means an awful upset users :)

I would avoid this problem, use the video corel video studio, which is much more efficient because it does not leave stains behind

It know to say that the problem is on Adobe Flash Player actually. Sometimes know to happen, that the Flash File Format can´t read, because, the problem is on Action Script Codes. If You have this problem, You can convert Flash File in FLV with Format Factory program for that. Format Factory is free on Internet, and he can convert anyfile that you want on FLV, WMV, AVI ... This is the fast way for convert without waiting the time!

For FLV you can use GOM Player, Winamp too.
