Hello Everyone,

So the basics-

Name: Seasons
Country: USA
DOB: May 28, 1980
Marital Status: Divorced
Occupation: Student and Personal Care Center
Hobbies: drawing, painting, photography, reading, learning something new everyday
Accomplishments: Well, after years of doing the wrong thing I have finally found something I am good at and I like doing. In October I will graduate my associates program and in November I start my Bachelors program with the Art Institute. Oh, and I have a beautiful 11 1/2 year old daughter who is smart, creative, thinks outside the box, and independent. I like to think I had something to do with part of that.
bad stuff: I am not sure if this constitutes as "bad stuff" but I feel that I have had a late start in such a competitive line of work, but it makes me happy and I have the ambition and courage to really make a name for myself.

So.. there are the basics.

I am here at DC to help create a digital portfolio, expand on my education and experience, and hopefully meet a few like minded individuals to network with and learn from.

With that said... I am a bit confused on how to get started. I have taken and passed the qualified designer test, been a member of DC for at least 2 weeks, and I have less than 50 infraction points. What I do not have is 200 rating points. I am not sure how to increase my rating, everything I have read says that I get them by competing in the contests, but I can't do that yet. I have read about charity and community contest, both which I can not find updated information about. Help?
