Hi Admin...

I'd like to ask if my account is okay?

For the past couple of months,, I haven't received any notifications, either through the notification bell icon or via email.

I've been blocked from several contests without any reason or notification signal, even after I submitted a design, and the designs I've submitted haven't been eliminated or deleted by the client.

I'm worried there's a system error related to the designer account, as this happened after I received numerous notifications about debits from my account.

Please review this,

I'm experiencing the same issue. For over two weeks now, I haven't received any email notifications regarding, winner/elimination announcements, or comments from the CH. I really hope it goes back to normal soon, as I'm rely heavily on email notifications to monitor this contest."

Hi there, the issue of no emails and withdrawal unused has been reported to one of our developer manger (Dymitro)

 

About blocked from certain contests, the only time DC blocks designers is when they are banned from the site. The contestholder is the only one that can block designers from entering contests. We do not have the ability to block other than banning the designer.

 

Our developer manager is working to resolve notifications and unused withdrawl.
