This person clearly took and modified my frame concept, at first he only uploaded a circle image without including the frame concept, then after that he modified my frame concept, especially at the bottom with a bulge in the middle, the circle concept with a hole in the middle is not new, but the frame he clearly took my idea because at the beginning he never made it at all, the point he stole my concept frame

What was copied? I only modified my uploaded design from an octagonal frame to a round one, which was like that from the start. He actually modified my design in visual mode without a frame design.
